Children

Our Children’s Ministries mission is for every child who comes through our doors to feel loved, come to know Christ, and find a place where they can grow through fun and life-changing experiences.

  • Nursery cares for babies who are under the age of two. It is our aim to provide a safe, clean, comfortable and caring environment so each child is happy and can sense that they are loved.
  • Our preschool ministry, for young children ages 2 through kindergarten, provides a loving environment for young children to learn and grow and is offered during the 9:30 am and 11:00 am hours.
  • Our Sunday School program, for first through fifth grades, uses a comprehensive curriculum taught by top-notch, trained teachers.
  • Our children’s Sunday worship service, Kid's Church, for first through fifth grades, is a must-see!
  • FRIENDS—If you have a child with special needs, we would like to partner with you to make their church experience as positive as possible.
  • On Tuesday evenings from 6:30–8:00 pm during the school year, our Awana Club draws 150 children to play games, memorize Bible verses, and learn about God. Click here for more information and to download the Awana Registration Form for the 2009-2010 year!
  • Children of Light Choir is for children in first through fifth grades who have a desire to worship our Lord through song.  The choir meets weekly on Tuesday evenings at 5:30 during the school year. “From the lips of children you have ordained praise.” Psalm 8:2
  • HEART, our home school enrichment program, partners with home school parents on Thursdays during the school year to provide supplemental teaching in several academic subjects.
  • Classical Consortium (C.C.) is a one-day-a-week, comprehensive, academic program that follows a classical method in both the subjects taught and how those subjects are taught. Students are in C.C. classes on Mondays and are responsible to accomplish homework from those classes during the week under their parents’ supervision. C.C. serves students in third through twelfth grade.
