(1)There might well be events that need to happen first.
(2)The Bible strongly suggests that believers will suffer & be persecuted in the very last days.
Seven Indisputable Facts about the Second Coming of Christ
#1.Jesus will return / Jesus is coming again.
#2.There will be terrible times in the last days. 2 Tim 3:1–5.
#3.Matt 24 and Rev 7 refer to a period of "great tribulation."
#4.In the last days, Christians / believers will be persecuted severely.
#5.People will claim to be the Christ; some enemies of God will even be able to do miracles.
Rev 13:13–15. // But they are not(!) the Christ, because . . .
#6. Because when Jesus returns, he will come in power and glory, dramatically, in the sky.
#7.When Jesus returns, he will defeat his enemies, and establish his kingdom.
