I In this world, the one constant is change (v.1a)
II In heaven, the one constant is God (vv.1b-4)
III God’s holiness reveals our sinfulness (v.5)
IV God takes the initiative to cover our sin (vv.6-7)
V Once we’re forgiven, we can hear God and be used by him (v.8)
