It is our prayer that our first through fifth graders will say the same thing! Whether it is our awesome Sunday School classes taught by creative and dedicated teachers, to our engaging kid-oriented Kid's Church, to our various special events and outings - VCBkids is a place kids LOVE to be!

Grade School Schedule During the School Year
Saturdays: 5:00 pm Kid's Church (Grades 1-5) Room 100*
Sundays: 9:30 am Sunday School (Grades 1-5)
11:00 am  Kids Church (Grades 1-5)  Room 100*

*Children will start in the Worship Service with their parents and will be dismissed before the sermon.

Each class uses a creative, chronological, Bible-based curriculum and is taught by loving and trained teachers with a heart for the Lord and children.  During the Sunday School hour, children from three years through third grade use a unified curriculum called Generations of Grace that teaches the same passage of scripture to all children at the appropriate levels.  This allows for great synergy between siblings of different ages and between church and home.  Fourth and fifth grade students are learning about God’s redemptive history through the use of John Piper’s Desiring God Chronological Study of Redemptive History.  Our children will read through the Bible three times by the end of fourth grade.
